Maintenance and Care:
Pre Install Instructions
To prepare your bundles for install, wash and condition your bundles with high-quality shampoo and conditioning products that are Sulfate-Free.
Body and Loose Wave Textures
- Shampoo your bundles at least once weekly using a quality, sulfate-free shampoo.
- To prevent tangling, do not massage the hair.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm/cool water.
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner and gently comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm/cool water.
- For best results, allow hair to air-dry.
Curly and Deep Wave Textures
- Shampoo your bundles at least once weekly using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo.
- To prevent tangling, do not massage the hair.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm/cool water.
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner and gently comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
- Leave Conditioner in for at least 20 minutes or more.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm/cool water.
- Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.
- When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum.
- For best results, allow hair to air-dry
- NOTE: Do not use oil based or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting.
- Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle.
Straight Textures
- Our Straight textures are extremely low-maintenance.
- Shampoo your bundles at least once weekly using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo.
- Use only a small amount of styling product, as needed.
- After install and washes, flat iron the hair to give a sleek appearance.
Recommended for all Textures
We recommend using a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools. Consider sleeping on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles and thinning.
