Orders totaling more than $250 will require a signature for delivery
NOTE: Please expect shipping delays during this time. It could take the shipping partners longer to deliver during the pandemic. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to the delays.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for Luxury Collection Bundles (Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave and Straight) is 2-4 business days. All other Luxury Collection textures require 4-7 business days for processing.
The processing time for Raw Hair Collection Bundles is 3-6 business days.
SHIPPING TIME
Once orders have been processed, please see information below for shipping time.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business Days
**Get Stranded is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds or replacements will not be granted if your package is lost or stolen. You'll receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
If you will not available to personally receive your package from the USPS carrier, we recommend contacting your local post office to request a package hold. The post office will hold your package until you're able to retrieve.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are FINAL. Bundles cannot be resold once the customer has handled and/or worn the hair.
Returns are accepted if you've received the wrong item. Return-to-sender packages will be restocked and you'll be issued a store credit (minus the original shipping charge) for future use.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase date. Please send an email to renee@getstrandedhair.com to request a cancellation. You should provide your name and order number in the subject line of the email. There is a $20 restocking fee on all cancellations.
**We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. Please do not attempt to defraud our company. If you do, we will file criminal charges and a civil suit against you.
